Starting in January, come and visit our offices and have an hours consultancy for free! Once a month, we’re holding an “open house” to discuss any issue regarding CRM or business process improvement. It’s not just with our Sales and Marketing staff either – you can come and discuss any issue with anyone in Concentrix that you would like to talk to.
If you’re a Concentrix customer (or anyone else for that matter), just give us a call in advance and come and see us.
You can use the hour however you like. You could go through a support issue with our support team, discuss technical issues with our developers, talk to one of our sales team about upgrading your CRM system or even catch up on the latest gossip with our HR/Admin team. You can pretty much use the hour as you wish and with any of the members of our staff.
The open days will be held on the first Friday of every month, you can call in any time between 9.00 till 17.00 at our offices in Mountsorrel, Leicestershire. Just make sure you book in advance and let us know what time you’re coming!
