GoldMine Premium Edition from FrontRange Solutions has become one of the most popular CRM products that Concentrix supplies. A few years ago, one of our customers, The Tile Warehouse, implemented GoldMine Standard edition. GoldMine Standard Edition served the company well, significantly improving its internal processes and bringing benefits to their suppliers as well as customers.
The company wanted to build on the success of GoldMine Standard Edition, which although a valuable asset to the company, had become dated, lacking in many of the features and benefits available in other, more modern CRM software. So, in 2007, The Tile Warehouse upgraded to GoldMine Premium Edition. The key objectives of this upgrade were to enable the company to take advantage of GoldMine Premium Edition’s enhanced features, its new user interface and extra functionality.
After using GoldMine Premium Edition for several months, The Tile Warehouse agreed to Concentrix developing a case study on their CRM project, which we released this week.
The case study provides a realistic look at a CRM project, giving a useful example of GoldMine CRM software implementation in practice. It looks at The Tile Warehouse’s business, CRM project objectives, the implementation process and results.
