Users of GoldMine 6.7 Corporate Edition are likely to now see the following type of pop-up message when logging into the application:
The application believes that there is a problem with the date setting, however, this is not the case. Users who receive the prompt should click No and continue normal use of GoldMine. This message will appear at each log in attempt.
We understand some of the frustration this will cause users and have been in discussions with FrontRange Solutions about the problem. They have confirmed to us that synchronisation is not affected by this issue; the problem is with their development team to understand the cause and they will relay any necessary outcome to us in due course. It should be noted, however, that GoldMine 6.7 Corporate Edition is no longer supported by FrontRange Solutions due to the age of the product, and subsequent later versions now available. Concentrix shall, of course, advise any further information to you about the issue.

Update from FrontRange Solutions re support for GoldMine Corporate Edition 6.6 & 6.7 - These versions will be supported until Dec 30th 2011
FrontRange Solutions has announced plans to discontinue support for GoldMine Solutions 6.6 & 6.7 releases. However, as part of our ongoing commitment to GoldMine customers, and to allow for a smooth and orderly transition off GoldMine Solutions 6.6 & 6. 7 to a more recent version of GoldMine, FrontRange Solutions will continue to provide customer support for GoldMine Solutions 6.6 & 6.7 releases until December 30th 2011.
The industry standard of supporting software applications is to support the past two application version releases from the most recent version release. FrontRange Solutions and GoldMine products have far exceeded these industry standards throughout the past, and will continue to work in this manner to ensure a high level of customer care and support.
