The latest version of Sage CRM (version 7), was released in the UK on 29th March 2010. This was a major release of the software and includes some significant changes, additions and improvements from the previous version (v6.2).
Sage CRM version 7 has some brand new, additional functionality and some really useful new features to improve the productivity of staff throughout your business. To quote the manufacturers “Sage CRM v7 will revolutionize how you manage your business and your employees manage their day”. And as mid-market CRM software goes, they’re on to something. Whether you’re new to Sage CRM or already use it, there’s a whole lot of new things to discover.
So what are the main things to note about this latest release of the software?
Firstly, it's a major update. The product has a brand new look and feel, a really nice new layout (with layout options), is more user customisable, includes interactive dashboards, provides powerful integration with Sage ERP and business management solutions such as Sage 200, and has some new administration features. And much more!
